To order this optional extra, after you have chosen which match/season you want, please select your choice of type of chart plus ‘with Clive autograph’ from the product menu.

After you proceed to the checkout page you can add the name of the person you would like Clive to sign to in the box that says ‘Notes about your order, eg special notes for delivery or name to be used by Clive if you have selected the additional Clive Autograph option’.
