Swansea City went 28 years without top-flight football between the John Toshack era and this famous 4-2 win over Reading in 2011. Eight years earlier, the Swans had been playing for survival in the Football League. Scott Sinclair’s hat-trick in the Play-Off final made them the first Welsh club to grace the Premier League. Hymns and Arias echoed around Wembley to serenade the end of an incredible journey.
